Common Questions
Can my child’s grandparent take my little one(s) to play?
Absolutely! You can lend your card to secondary guardians or you can add additional cards to your account for other guardians for a one-time purchase of $5.00 per guest card (two guest card max per family). The Bundle Membership guests will be able to take advantage of the discounts as well.
Does the VIP membership include play? I don’t need the unlimited play feature.
The VIP membership is EXACTLY for you then. The VIP is meant to serve our regular customers and allow them to save by accessing a VIP menu at a low monthly cost.
How does the standing discount work?
Your applicable membership card will allow you to apply your discount to any menu order. This discount can be used at the dine-in or drive-thru with or without your kiddos in tow. The kicker: you HAVE to have your membership card with you. Some exclusions may apply.
What memberships are available?
You’ll be able to build your membership based on your needs, number of kids, and what you find valuable in your monthly membership (maybe it’s just the VIP menu access. Maybe it’s just the play. …maybe it’s BOTH.
What if I have a child that is too old to play? Can I still use the discount on menu items for him/her?
You bet. As long as you have an active membership, you can apply the discount to your entire order. Some exclusions may apply and your discount may not be combined with other discounts or promotions.
I have a baby and a toddler. Which membership do I need?
Little ones under one years old do not need a membership. They are welcome to play in our two and under area and can be added to your membership selection as they grow.
