SOME LEGAL STUFF

Java Mama at Central Square, legal name Carpool Coffee, LLC (“Java Mama”) agrees to provide both unsupervised and supervised play services, during specified play hours, for the children of our customers while such customers visit Java Mama. In exchange for this service, the customer agrees to pay the current posted play area rates. Java Mama is independently owned and operated separately from additional locations. Additional locations may have different rates, rules, and guidelines.

All rules, terms, and conditions apply to the above mentioned play services at Java Mama AND any third-party vendor, workshop, or event that is physically held at the premises of Java Mama by Java Mama itself or a third-party entity or individual.

MANDITORY HOMEWORK

In order to come play or join a workshop, you must sign off on the rules below!

01.
I am the sole responsibility and supervision of my child or children I bring to play or workshop I attended at Java Mama, even under supervised play time.

02.
No outside food is allowed (small infant style food/bottles are acceptable).

03.
No climbing on the outside of the play structure or slide is allowed.

04.
Our play area is designed for kids up to nine years old. The 2 and under area is ONLY for 2 and under. Parents must accompany 2 and under within the 2 and under area.

05.
ABSOLUTELY NO BULLYING is accepted from any aged child. We encourage parents to step in to help teach kids how to share, take turns, and maintain a positive and happy environment within the play area.

06.
NO diaper changes in the play area or dining area. We have changing stations in our bathrooms.

07.
Java Mama is not a daycare or parents day out center. Parents and/or guardians MUST NOT leave the premises.

08.
NO SCREAMING, RUNNING, OR ROUGH PLAY …BE COOL.

09.
Play and attended workshops are considered COMPLETELY at the parent/guardian’s own risk.

10.
Java Mama has the right to ask you to leave if you or your child are repetitively disobeying any of the rules listed above or causing harm or disrupting the shop.

OTHER NOTEWORTHY MENTIONS

We strive to create a fun, safe, educational experience in our play area and throughout the Java Mama shop! We use the phrase “it takes a village,” because it truly does. We hope we can be a part of your village and know that you are every bit a part of ours. If you notice something in the play area that needs our attention …or if you have a great idea for the play area… please let us know!

Our play area is cleaned thoroughly on a daily bases and professionally deep cleaned every Thursday after hours. If you or your kiddo are feeling under the weather, we ask that you play it safe to avoid the spreading of germs as we continue to battle the unknowns of Covid-19 and our usual allergy, flu, and cold seasons.
